Echo Fragrances is a wholesale fragrance distributor serving resellers and business buyers. A membership is not required to purchase from us, but orders must be placed for legitimate business or resale purposes.
For businesses located in the United States, we require your Tax ID, company name and phone number.
For businesses located outside the United States, a Tax ID is not required. Your company name and phone number are sufficient to begin the purchasing process.
Our minimum order value is $2,500 USD, with a minimum purchase of 12 pieces per item.
Our wholesale ordering process is designed to be clear and supported by a dedicated sales representative.
- Start with your information. Complete our contact form with your business details and purchasing requirements.
- Connect with our sales team. Once we receive your information, one of our agents will contact you.
- Build and confirm your order. Select the products and quantities you require. Our team will review the order and confirm availability.
- Receive your Sales Quote. Once your order is confirmed, we will issue a Sales Quote containing the details of your purchase and payment amount.
- Complete payment and prepare for dispatch. After payment is received, your order will be prepared, securely packed and confirmed ready for shipment.
Yes. We offer volume-based pricing and tiered discounts according to the quantity purchased. For larger orders, our sales team can provide pricing based on the specific volume and requirements of your purchase.
At this time, wholesale orders can be paid exclusively by wire transfer. We do not currently accept credit card payments.
No. Shipping charges are separate from product prices.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
No. Echo Fragrances operates strictly as a wholesale distributor. We do not sell directly on Amazon or Walmart.
Our model is built to support our wholesale customers rather than compete with them in the retail marketplace.
